Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds.

Ship the item
Send the unopened product back using a tracked postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.
Refund issued
Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
