4. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp following submission at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full before dispatch. Prices are shown in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services or other factors outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Apex Biolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
